By placing an order through our website or in-store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • €4 for pick-up from an ACS location
  • €5 for home delivery
  • Note: For heavier or bulky items, additional courier charges may apply. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping options.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Timeframe:

  • Within 30 days of purchase.
  • For sale items, within 15 days only.

Condition:

  • Items must be unused, with labels attached, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Cost:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a faulty product or wrong item sent, the shipping cost will be covered by the store.

 

Refunds & Exchanges for Store Credit 

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Customers may exchange products only for other products available in-store or online. No cash or card refunds will be provided.

  • If the product selected in exchange has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the product selected has a lower value, the remaining balance can be used as store credit, valid for future purchases.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made only by phone. Please contact the store as soon as possible to cancel your order before dispatch.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

  • The item must be returned to us in its original condition.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement item at no additional charge.


Custom Orders & Personalization

 We accept custom orders and personalized items upon request. Please note that:

  • Custom items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless defective.
  • Processing time and costs may vary depending on the order specifications.
